LAILA d. OWENS, D.C.

Dr. Owens received her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas in 1998.  A decision to follow her true calling led her to attend Cleveland Chiropractic College of Kansas City, where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2006.  

 

Her career in South Florida began in 2011 when she moved to Miami with her two young children and dog in tote.  She is a highly trained, Board-Certified, Florida licensed Chiropractic Physician, providing a variety of comprehensive services and techniques, which allow her to treat diverse conditions and populations.

 

In addition to a variety of Chiropractic techniques, Dr. Owens holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Science-Based Nutrition, Functional Movement Technique, Functional Rehab, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki. Her genuine compassion and integrity shine through as she understands that your health concerns extend beyond normal routine medical care.  

 

Her patients, as well as colleagues, consider Dr. Owens to be both a healer and an educator.  Her approach is to treat patients as a whole entity while teaching them how to incorporate change into their daily lives for continued wellness and longevity.
